"Done!" Ethan said as he closed my laptop. "The report is done. It sucks, but it's done."
I giggled as I layed back onto my bed. He jumped on top of me and I screamed.
"You jerk." I said laughing. He leaned down and kissed me.
"Wait." I said, turning my head.
"What?" He asked.
"I've been thinking about this a lot. About us." I said.
"Okay. . ." He said sitting up.
"You and Joanie like JUST broke up." I said.
"I know." He sighed.
"So, is this wrong?" I asked.
"No. . ." He said.
"She's my best friend, Ethan." I said.
"So, she probably met someone this summer." He said.
"She comes back tomorrow." I said.
"We'll tell her at Jason's party tomorrow." He said. "Everything will be fine."
"She was so heart broken when you broke up with her." I said.
"Hey! She broke up with ME." He said. "If she is heart broken, it's her own fault."
I sighed.
"Everything will be fine." He said again.
"I hope you're right." I said.
"I AM right." He said smiling as he jumped back on top of me tickling me.
